What we process. This website is a presentation site: it has no user accounts, no contact forms and no online shop. If you write to us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address, your name (if given) and the content of your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than three years, unless the law requires a longer period.
Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of the request, in order to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The same provider produces aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We do not use this data to identify you.
Purchases. Orders placed on eMAG, Trendyol, Temu or Ananas are processed by those marketplaces under their own privacy policies.
No marketing use. We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing and do not build profiles.
Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to shop@dunipa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
Cookie policy
This site does not use marketing, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain; visits are counted in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to protect the site against automated abuse.
If you choose a language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key dunipa_lang) so the site opens in that language next time. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Marketplaces linked from this site use their own cookies under their own policies.
